1. Aim

Einstein said World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones. All wars are fought with sticks and stones. Transposing the savage mindset of the military traditionalist to a different key reveals its absurdity and menace.

2. Calling Your Child

Advertising usurped education. Doors and walls cannot keep it out. Children are carefully tutored to desire the maturity of the consumer; then they are kept puerile and consumptive until senescence, when they are just too old to desire things and barely of any use to the economy.

3. Goose Latitudes

We all know the fable of the farmer whose greed led him to kill a golden goose, destroying his fortune. But how close have you have come to these destroyers? Do you know how sick they are?

4. Can You Be Sure?

I doubt therefore I am free. Our information is processed and presented so as to remove the discomfort of uncertainty. But there always remains this one question, however much the formulas - even quite clever ones - convince us we should throw in the towel.

5. Trickle Treacle

A microphone left active captures the inner voice of a well-known cynical exploiter of the trickle-down economic decoy. These zombie ideas are really vampire ideas.

6. To the Young Dead

REALLY wish I'd subscribed sooner to be able to enjoy this on vinyl! Curious the artist cited 12 Monkeys and not La Jetee as one of the key inspirations. For me, this has a more somber, introspective and timeless feel more akin to La Jetee than 12 Monkeys (though I also am a big fan of Terry Gilliam). Gorgeous music and you get the bonus of a list of excellent movies to enjoy (another note to the artist: Time Crimes is also a good film to watch). Now to somehow procure a vinyl copy... Anthony Childs
